Karolyn Boyd lives in the Gatineau Hills of Canada’s Capital Region, where the forests, mountains, and open water continue to teach her what it means to feel truly at home in her body. She is the creator of Sovereign Soul Recalibration™ and the author of

After being diagnosed with autoimmune disease, Karolyn did what most people do—she followed the instructions she was given.
